Week 12 - 41.3 miles
Well after the achilles injury set back I was able to run again once I purchased a new pair of NIKE running shoes. I call it an injury only because it cause me not to be able to train or almost a week. So far the news shoes are working much better. I will keep you updated. I did over do it a little and will need to pull back a little this week. I have to remember that I am going for the long term goal not a short term goal. I have posted this pic before but I thought it was very fitting for this week. Anyway I love reading all of your blogs and I appreciate the motivation that it brings me.
